Bookings and Payments:

Reservations: Secure your desired adventure by sending a written booking request via email to info@mankasafaris.com. We also recommend browsing our website for detailed information and availability.

Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. This amount helps us secure your resources and prepare for your personalized safari experience.

Final Payment: The remaining 80% of the total cost must be settled 30 days prior to your safari departure. This ensures everything is finalized and ready for your arrival.

Payment Methods: Make your payments conveniently through a secure online portal via credit card, bank transfer, or cash in USD directly at our office.

Cancellations and Changes:

Written Notice: Cancellations or changes to your booking must be submitted in writing via email. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Fees: Should you need to cancel or modify your booking, please be aware of the following cancellation fees: 

More than 30 days before arrival: 50% refund

29-20 days before arrival: 30% refund

19-10 days before arrival: 5% refund

Less than 10 days before arrival: No refund

Changes: Any changes to your booking, such as participant modifications or date adjustments, will be reviewed based on availability and may incur additional fees.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

While we strive to provide you with the best possible safari experience, unforeseen events like natural disasters or political unrest may occasionally necessitate changes or cancellations. In such situations, Manka Safaris will act diligently to find alternative solutions and minimize disruptions. We recommend considering travel insurance to provide additional protection against unforeseen circumstances.
